We want you to know that your safety is our #1 priority.

We do NOT treat sick patients in our offices. We only treat pain syndromes, so we don't have any "sick" areas in our offices.

1. As a world class medical clinic, we already have strict guidelines and protocols in place to protect the health of our patients. In addition to those protocols, we are taking extra steps to further ensure patient and staff safety.
2. Our staff has been updated on best practices as distributed by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control) and we are going above and beyond these guidelines.
3. We continue to uphold hand washing and hand sanitizer guidelines and are increasing cleaning practices throughout the day in waiting areas and hallways.
4. Exam and treatment rooms continue to be cleaned with extra attention after every single patient visit, no exceptions.
5. Patients presenting ANY Symptoms like a fever or cough will be sent home immediately to self quarantine or directly to the ER.
6. We will provide Masks & Glove to every patient when they become available.
7. Patients with flu-like symptoms including fever, cough, shortness of breath can schedule a telephone consult for further consult or direction. Please call our receptionist at 415-898-6888.

Our staff and physicians have been reminded to monitor their own health and stay home should they begin experiencing flu-like symptoms.

If you are sick, the CDC recommends you stay home to prevent spreading this to others. For severe symptoms, immediately seek further care and evaluation at a local Hospital Emergency Room.

During this time, it is our goal to maintain patient safety with minimal disruption of services to our patients. Please be assured that our facility is a safe place for you to come and get your treatment.

We will continue to closely follow the CDC recommendations and will adjust our protocols as advised.
